Plan to eat after weigh-ins. There will be down time then.

You will need to know your wrestler's mat assignments and be aware when they are up next.
For round robins, mat and group assignments will be posted in a public location shortly before wrestling commences for the day.
Bracketed tournaments will be managed electronically, usually on
www.trackwrestling.com. Sign up at TrackWrestling to follow your wrestler and/or the team to keep up to date on mat assignments.

A coach is required at each match. Coaches will try to be aware of upcoming matches, but they may be working other matches as your wrestler's match approaches. Be sure to communicate with a coach about when and where your wrestler's match will be. Allow time for your wrestler to warm up before their match.
We will use the Band app if we need to get a hold of you during competition days.

Sitting together as a team is very helpful. Communication is easier. Coaches can find you if needed. Families get to know each other and can help manage kids, schedules, gear, and more.

Bring entertainment.

Concessions are available at each competition. Also, plan ahead with some healthy snacks and water.

There are entry fees for spectators, usually a $5 requested donation per adult.

Only coaches and wrestlers are allowed on the competition floor. The league may stop competitions, penalize teams, or remove parents if necessary. Please maintain a classy reputation for the Puyallup Falcons!
